This Dr. refuses to follow his own guidelines. The Amarillo Heart group has guidelines in place for Covid 19. If you have not had any symptoms and have not been around anyone for 10 days and no signs the paperwork says you will be seen. I had a test done a week before seeing Dr. Chu. When I went to see him the following week I mentioned to his nurse that I had the virus well over 8 weeks prior to this visit. She immediately went into shock stating that I needed to have a test done so they could have it on file. I explained that it had been well over 60 days since I was out of quarantine. I also pointed out that I had been there the previous week for a test. The only difference was that I did not say anything about have having the virus. They refused to see me until I had been tested for something that I have been over for more than their own paperwork requires! I said if you require that then you should provide the test! I will not go back to someone that cannot be trusted based soley… on his inability to abide by his own rules and make up new ones that make absolutely no sense whatsoever! Good riddance Mr. Chu!
