Dr. Sepehr has truly exceeded my expectations at every turn. He is a genuinely kind-hearted, caring person AND a uniquely talented and experienced facial plastic surgeon. I did an unbelievable amount of research to find the BEST revision rhinoplasty surgeon in the entire country, and there is no doubt that Dr. Ali Sepehr is it. From my very first consultation with Dr. Sepehr I knew he was the surgeon for me. His before & after photos are exactly what I was looking for. His calm, gentle, and reassuring demeanour was like a breath of fresh air. I feel as though he really cares about me as a person and patient. I also LOVE the way that he always speaks to and about ALL of his patients in such a kind, supportive way (Check out his website before & after photos and his Instagram to see what I mean). Jacqueline, Judy, Tessa, Jordan, and his entire office team are also absolutely phenomenal. They are warm, attentive, knowledgeable, and eager to address any questions or concerns. I have felt… appreciated and cared for as a patient by both Dr. Sepehr and his team all along, which really sets them apart. I sought out Dr. Sepehr's help for a complex revision rhinoplasty to correct a 2021 primary septorhinoplasty and 2022 revision rhinoplasty that completely butchered my nose. That surgeon left me with a large, uncomfortable, and useless butterfly graft in my nose, a drastically altered nose shape, and did not address my deviated septum, which was the whole point to begin with. Dr. Sepehr was extremely patient and diligent in reviewing my medical history, operative reports, before/after photos, and goal outcome photos with me. Dr. Sepehr was not only able to address ALL of my aesthetic concerns, but he also corrected my deviated septum. I could not be more thrilled with the results of my surgery with him. He has given me back my self-confidence, my face, and my ability to breathe well through my nose. There is truly not another surgeon on the planet I would have trusted with this surgery and I don't believe any other surgeon could have achieved an outcome this perfect for me. My nose is literally perfect in every way. I would recommend Dr. Sepehr and only Dr. Sepehr to anyone who is seeking facial plastic surgery. PS - When I first discovered Dr. Sepehr I wondered if the mountain of positive reviews were too good to be true. This is not the case at all. Dr. Sepehr deserves every commendation and more. He is an angel on earth and the most gifted surgeon. I feel incredibly grateful and fortunate to be his patient.

Initial phone call was the reason why I advanced in the process of scheduling. The ladies were so nice enough to provide all support and answers to my questions. They provided links to previous successful surgeries and images before and after. When considering a lip lift you worry about your face the scars especially when the procedure will be performed in a well noticeable area on the face. This to me was the top major concern. Then the next step was consulting with Dr Sepehr and this was when I decided that he was the right doctor for this procedure. The amount of knowledge he has, the metrics and measurements of what needs to be kept and removed I realized that no matter what the videos on YouTube relay you will never get the most clarity than when being with your doctor and that’s what Dr Sepehr did was to explain every single detail on why your surgical lip would be different than anyone else. I honestly took snapshots of videos and pictures of bloggers who have done it and showed… him and he explained to me why my metrics and measurements were different. Honestly I have come to an extent where I wanted a surgical lip lift to avoid fillers that ruined my lips and of course hurt when being injected. I would get the fakest lips not only that but my upper lip started to get heavier and elongated which I hated. My results after the surgery were amazing. I recovered so fast and Dr Sepehr made sure that the sutures were tiny with minimal and no pain. I was awake throughout the procedure and I’m blessed to have had made the decision and performed by such a knowledgeable and courteous doctor. Honestly I have consulted with previous doctors and clinics in LA and they told my that my procedure will cost double the amount I paid to get the lift at Dr Sepehr’s nevertheless to mention that the office environment was one of the best. The surgery was done in the clinic in a well sanitized room the office and ambiance is so clean and above standards. You feel like you are having a 7star experience. The staff amazing Jacqueline, Judy, Tessa,Mia RN, Daniela all were amazing. I am so happy that Dr Sepehr helped me achieve my goal or I would say my “dream of 10 years” and made it happen. I thank him for all his superb efforts to make me look and feel confident. I love it and will come back for more!

Dr. Sepehr goes above and beyond to ensure you as a patient feel comfortable and are in complete understanding of any procedures. I was unsure and skeptical of how to proceed with my particular surgery, and Dr. Sepehr took his time to build trust with me and make me feel as if I was in good hands. I am super pleased with the results as well – exceptional results come with a track record of experience, which Dr. Sepehr exemplifies. The front desk receptionists are also top-notch and always make me feel as if I am at home. I cannot recommend this practice enough!

I wanted to wait to post this review until the results had settled and I could get a good photo because the before and after photos on the site just don't do it justice. I was involved in an accident as a child and as a result my nose was damaged inside and out. I have been a patient of Dr. Sepehr's now for several years and there is nobody else I would trust with my face. The initial consultation was amazing from the time I was welcomed into the office by his amazing office staff to the time I left (with a chocolate or two!). Dr. Sepehr took his time with me, informed me of my options, discussed any concerns I had, and, most importantly, didn't make me feel bad about my face (I had this experience in the past with a prior consultation with another surgeon) or invalidate any of my feelings. He is an incredibly gentle, genuine person and truly understands the transformative nature of what he does. The surgical process was EASY. The surgery center was fantastic and I felt very well… taken care of. I was well-supported by Dr. Sepehr and his staff through the after care with regular visits and phone check-ins. Every single concern or question has been handled quickly and I am so unbelievably grateful I chose Dr. Sepehr. This surgery has changed me. I no longer see a scar on my face instead of a nose, I feel more confident, less conscious of my nose, I love having photos taken of me now, it has been a total turn around. I no longer feel like a damaged nose with a person attached, I feel like a person with a nose. He didn't just address the physical concerns, my nose now functions better and I'm able to breathe properly along with a whole host of other benefits. I love my new nose...Dr. Sepehr gave me the one I was born with back again. There is so much more that I can say, but I will finish up with this...I'm only sorry that I didn't do it earlier. The financial investment is truly an investment in yourself and I am already seeing more returns than I could have ever asked for. Unbelievebly greatful.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sepehr for over 7 years because he is one of the most skilled doctors I have ever been to. I have used him for skin enhancing procedures as well as surgery. He has an extremely detailed eye, has never recommended more than I need or would look good on me and everything he's done has turned out stunning!
