Dr. Alice Price Alexander, MD

With over fifty eight (58) years of competitive athletics; speed skating (inline & ice), skiing (slalom), as well as cycling (road & track), I have managed to accumulate more than my share of injuries (concussions, contusions w/resultant brain injury, a severely misaligned knee, broken & dislocated shoulders, as well as a rather sever case of exercise induced restricted breathing). With such a repertoire I had to visit several individual specialists. Dr. Alexander has very effectively addressed all of these afflictions. She is the finest, most knowledgeable and empathic physician I have ever encountered.

Dr. Alexander is a wonderful diagnostician. She listens and she truly cares about her patients. She is straight forward and to the point. I would recommend her to anyone.

This UAMS doctor turned years of good care at UAMS into a personal nightmare for me. She altered a treatment plan that had worked well for 8 years instituted by more experienced doctors at UAMS that oversaw that treatment. I recommend that you review the written notes she puts in your medical record after each & every visit if she is involved in your medical care. She is not only a pediatrician but despite her limited experience is the Medical Director of the UAMS Internal Medicine North Clinic which sees primarily adult patients of all ages. I believe that UAMS has some of the finest doctors in the nation. But I do not believe this doctor is one of them.
