Dr. Alidad Arabshahi, MD

I had high hopes for Dr. Alidad Arabshahi, MD, based on his impressive credentials and reputation in the field. After following all his instructions, including undergoing a CT scan, I was seriously considering moving forward with surgery under his care. However, my experience with his office staff has been deeply disappointing. On two separate occasions, they failed to follow up as promised. When I took the initiative to call back, the only response I received was a vague "sorry," with no explanation or resolution. While Dr. Arabshahi's medical expertise is commendable, the lack of communication and accountability from his staff has led me to reconsider proceeding with treatment. It's disheartening to invest time and trust in a medical provider, only to be let down by the team supporting him. I hope this feedback encourages improvements in office operations to better serve future patients.

Be careful about their office policies. They have a 5 minute grace period. I was 8 minutes late because of getting stuck in school traffic and they refused to see me. No one else was there in the waiting room. Most other offices I go to give a 15 minute grace period. For many of my appointments, they have kept me waiting for nearly an hour, what about that? Overbooking? Yeah, if the doc does it is is fine, if patient does it, it is bad. Hypocrisy at its best! You know what, Dr. Arabshahi…there are plenty of good ENT doctors out there. You lost a family worth of paying patients! I am finding another ENT doc. Oh did I mention it is extremely hard to get an appointment here. They usually have time two months away. I need help now. Also, they make sure you keep coming back again and again.

Waited over 40 minutes for appointment to only get 10 minutes with him. On top of that he is very rude to his employees. I saw him belittle them in front of everyone for a simple honest mistake. Very unprofessional

His bedside manor stinks. No matter how good a Dr. he might be, I would NEVER go back to him again.

The staff has declined a bit in recent months, but Dr. A is amazing!

This doctor is extremely unprofessional and so rude to his employees. The office itself is disgusting. The staff there act annoyed to even be working. One visit there and I will never go back!

This doctor is amazing. He saved my life. Diagnosed a cancer early on and saved me a lot of issues. LOVE the guy

Dr speaks to patient very unprofessionally. Does not sympathize with patients and could care less about them or what they are going through. Doesn't take time to listen or act in a caring way. Biggest mistake going to him. Has a bit of a Napoleon complex. See anyone else besides him.

I was referred to Dr Arabshahi by my primary care. He is a very pleasant doctor. Although he was very busy, he spent the time explaining my diagnosis to me in a clear and complete manner. I googled my diagnosis later and he was 100 % accurate. It also turns out my problem is rare and often missed. I told my primary care to only use him
