Dr. Alix Lanoue, MD

Dr. Lanoue is by far the best doctor I have ever seen. He cared for my husband and I. Though we saw him at separate times and for different reasons, our experience with Dr. Lanoue was equally wonderful. From the warm greetings all the way to procedures and treatments, it was all great. He communicated with us in our native language ( I appreciated that). He is knowledgeable, straightforward, kind, and caring. He personally calls his patients if and when necessary. When Dr. Lanoue explained my situation and what needed to be done, I would not have missed a thing if I was in kindergarten. That is how thorough he gets. Dr. Lanoue has earned my TRUST and RESPECT. I would recommend him to everyone I know.

I have been seeing Dr. Lanoue for years. He fixed my problem right away and I see him once a year for follow-ups. He is highly competent and straightforward. He’s also a gentleman and a pleasure to interact with.

Dr Lanoue did my colonoscopy and it was the best experience of the many I had before that. Excellent bed side manners but extremely competent caring and smart.

I've been to his office,he is excellent,will ask questions,will answer questions, he made you feel comfortable. He is great at what he does.I highly recommend him!

Pros: Dr. Lanoue greets you with a smile and takes time to listen to your concerns. He also answers questions and I did not feel rushed. I also did not have to wait long to get an appointment with him.Cons: I waited a little over an hour to see him. While I waited I listened as front desk staff spoke poorly of a patient. I also watched as they laughed and joked in front of a crying patient. Very unprofessional. Also, I have to wait a month for diagnostic testing.
