LOW KEY OFFICE ENVIRONMENT. I HAVE NEVER HAD TO WAIT! WOW ??. I'M VERY PLEASED WITH EVERY ASPECT OF ATLANTIC FAMILY MEDICAL. I PREFER AN "OD" VS "MD"OR OTHER CREDENTIALS FOR MY PCP AS I PREFER ALTERNATIVE OPTIONS TO MEDS/SCRIPTS LIKE SUPPLEMENTS, THERAPY, ETC. STAFF IS TOP NOTCH AND VERY HELPFUL, ACCOMMODATING EVERY TIME I HAD A NEED. DR. O IS AVAILABLE BY PHONE AND/OR SKYPE WHEN NEEDED. OVERALL I AM HEALTHY BUT AGE IS BRINGING ON THE USUAL HEALTH ISSUES.

Love that this physician can accurately diagnose & treat a stubborn cough. I had a nonstop cough for 2 weeks, decided to see Dr. Ongsiako & after a thorough exam he told me what I had & how to treat it. Many thanks!

I have to disagree with the last review. I've been given samples on numerous occasions. If the doctor has them, he gives them! Yes, he may have looked @ a book & that's why they're called reference books. A good doctor will use these books to double check something. It's not for lack of knowledge. The staff can't be expected to drop everything the minute a client walks in. That's the sign of a busy practice. I haven't been acknowledged right away but didn't get offended. The wonderful care & excellent exams I've gotten have more than made up for those petty complaints. The office is clean, there's no wait time & the doctor & his staff are the best I've been to. Would highly recommend!
