Dear, Scott Ryan First and Foremost, we would like to thank you for your review. Secondly, it's not very professional to come into the doctor's office for the first time and order a lab script without the doctor’s knowledge. Additionally, you used our practice as the address without our permission or without any notice. We also were not informed about the kit your wife had ordered, especially when you had told us initially that it was just a form. Last but not least, we contacted the lab and it coincided with the doctor’s notion that she doesn’t specialize in genetic testing, which is why she offered you a reference for a doctor within that specialty, but you refused. She had no business even glancing or taking her time with something she couldn’t even sign off. Dr. Hanna’s goals are to treat and cure her patients that are in need of her assistance and guidance. She will go above and beyond to make sure each and every patient receives his or her best possible level of care and… attention. This is what she excels at as opposed to her signing off on a form she couldn’t even sign off to begin with. Upon walking into DR Hannah’s office you immediately notice there is no reception area. There is a man sitting at a desk in the back of the hallway. Next to him is a coffee table covered in junk. Very unprofessional looking. I received my check up and scheduled a follow up. In between I ordered an at home genetic test. This test needed to have the approval of my doctor. My paperwork was mailed to her office. Once I noticed it wasn’t signed I called and was informed they never received it even though fedex tracking showed delivered. Later the dr informed me they got it and thought it was a mistake. No phone call? Nothing. Well now started my back and forth. Even though I explained she did not have to administer the test or even review the results she refused to sign off on the test because she did not understand how to read genetic results..... I now decided this doctor does not have my best interests in mind and asked to pick up my lab results from my original visit. After receiving… them I told the man at the desk to cancel my follow up appointment. When attempting to explain why he said, “I don’t care.” Great way to do business. I will not be returning and suggest you find a better doctor. This was literally the worst doctors office I have ever been to.
