Amna Anees, MD

My elderly father has been seeing Dr. Anees for more than 1.5 years now and I often am in the room during his appointments to help him remember what is said and what is the treatment plan. Dr. Anees is intelligent, thorough, analytical, and has a great bedside manner. Quite often she has called me on my cell phone to find out how he is doing, especially when he was staying in rehab recovering from a back injury and for many weeks after he was home. She always returns my calls promptly, and she calls when she receives test results or to discuss what happened when my dad went to see a specialist. It is nice for him to have a primary care doctor who proactively tracks how he is progressing, and cares enough to follow up on patients even when they are not in the office that week.
