I've only had my daughter with this establishment for less then an year(since June 2022) but seems like every time I go I'm in and out faster then a fast food restaurant, you may say well isn't that a good thing, no because they in my opinion just get you in and out and to everything is pretty normal not much to worry about, one occasion she had fever and cold I thought I took her there they checked and said just a regular cold, 2 days later I'm at the children's hospital and it was pneumonia, another time I take her because she's got stomach problems they say as always nothing to worry next day I take her to children's hospital because my daughter is not fine and they tell me it's strep throat, we have medicaid, everything I go pick up the medication they prescribed there a $$ amount to it, they pharmacy tells me you need to ask doctor to prescribe medicaid covers , not the last visit but the visit prior I informed the doctor and other members of stuff numerous time that my… daughters school sent message that someone in school had covid, still they did not test my daughter for covid, that is the visit after where I took her on for stomach, I really can't remember for what but the point is if the school is sending messages telling us our child may have been exposed to covid and when informed the doctor they should test for covid, when 1 and the only time I complained after I've had it with this establishment the doctor calls and tries to interrogate me, I'm a single parent I'm not keeping dates written down for when thus doctor didn't do their job, seems they treat medicaid patients this way, differently that is but they seem to forget the medicaid is still paying them, the doctor was rude when she called said let me stop you, maybe you should look for another doctor then I replied let me stop you there I will then she began to say something and I just hung up. No need for a doctor's office close by if I have to make 2 trips one to this doctor's office then to the hospital, just a waste of time, I choose them (kinder haus pediatric) by the 4.8 stars they have but they must be from people with high coverage not medicaid, this doctor is right about 1 thing maybe I should find another doctor, I've been thinking that since my 2nd trip to this place and the day I called to complain I had already made up my mind that even a 2 or 3 star pediatrician but not them, especially after the doctor's attitude on the phone, there not going to get what medicaid pays on my daughter's behalf anymore, I suggest read the bad reviews before the good ones, many businesses use friends and family to post good reviews that's a proven fact so ask yourself out of their 28 reviews how many are bad and how many that are good are not staff, doctor's and their friends, associates and family.
