Not sure why there are any negative reviews of Dr.Lopez he is fantastic!!!!!!!: thru the patient web portal you can get ahold of Dr.Lopez and he response quickly. Excellent Doctor and a really good person that actually cares. highly recommend him.

Dr Lopez never rushes me through my appointments. He always listens to my questions and asks if he answered them to my satisfaction. He makes suggestions and discusses different options. I often contact the group through the messaging portal. Response time is fast. I have used the online medical visit as well with very positive results. I have recommended Dr Lopez to friends. Buffalo Medical Group as a whole is a very sooth running office. Never a wait.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lopez for several years. In short, his diagnosis, guidance, treatment, thoroughness of communications, honesty, and flexibility are world class!! He's terrific! No complaints whatsoever, beyond he's increasingly busy with patients needing a great PCP. I'm shocked by ANY negative reviews for this physician. Not reasposible and arrogant

Great doctor, very response and puts his patients first.Follows up personally. Have recommended to several family member and friends.

I have been a customer of this physician for several years. It pains me to say that the quality of his service continues to decline. He has becone arrogant and dismissive. I made it very clear that I will not be seen by students. He continually tries to force them on me! He used to make eye contact, but no longer. He's more interested in the computer. He can't take no for an answer! If you decline to consider a recommendation he makes, he argues and tries to force you to justify your response! When I told him I don't justify my decisions to anyone, he became hostile and threatened to discharge me! I must admit, I was surprised by that response. I'm sure that he is evaluated by the group and probably gets deficiencies if his customers are "non-complient". He probably is penalized financially! !! As I only see him annually, I have time to find a new provider!!!!

This guy couldn't take his eyes off the computer!!! I'm honestly not sure that he heard half of what I was telling him. He seemed very distracted, dis-interested. He was pleasant, but I can't say that for his staff. They are just plain rude. I'm going to have to think long and hard about whether I'm going to keep the next scheduled appointment.......

Agree with others in reagard to his lack of attention. He is impossible to get in to see for an appt. Whoever answers the phone takes the message and calls u back with what Dr. Lopez said. I have been told he is very busy. I have had to insist on being seen and I call only after symptoms continue for at least a wk. This is very frustrating and it brings a question to mind. If it's difficult to get in to see him, what exactly is he busy doing???

After reading some of the negative reviews, I'm flabbergasted. I changed my PCP to Dr. Lopez several years go. He is a very effective listener and communicator. His treatment plan(s) has allowed me to not have to see several specialists that my previous (useless) PCP referred me for almost every aspect of my health care. Dr. Lopez USA professional and thoroughly communicative physician. His management of my medical issues has been directly responsible for the positive progression in my health status, despite numerous serious illnesses and conditions.. We work together as a team to manage my health! Subsequently, all my extended family members have selected Dr. Lopez as their PCP.

Doesn't listen! Very distracted. Has no personality. Kept wanting to use my given name and got very aggravated when I corrected him. He seems to forget he's a SERVICE PROVIDER. Pushes statin drugs and gets upset when told "no". Office staff is very rude. Avoid Buffalo Medical Group in Williamsville.
