THIS DOCTOR IS SO SO KNOWLEDGEABLE AND THOROUGH. DR. HAGEMANN IS COMPASSIONATE KIND AND CONSIDERATE. HER BEDSIDE MANNER SUPERSEDES ALL OTHERS. ITS AS IF YOUR BEST FRIEND IS HELPING YOU. SHE LISTENED INTENTLY TO MY CONCERNS AND QUASHED MY FEARS AND ASSURED ME THAT SHE WOULD TAKE CARE THAT NO DAMAGE WOULD COME TO MY BLADDER. WHEN I WOKE FROM SURGERY SHE WAS THERE AND CONFIRMED IMMEDIATELY THAT ALL WENT WELL. IT WAS UP IN THE AIR THE OUTCOME OF MY SURGERY, BUT I WAS CONFIDENT THAT DR. ANDREA CARED AND WOULD TAKE CARE OF ME. I NEVER EVER FELT RUSHED SHE TOOK HER TIME WHEN I WAS IN HER PRESENCE. I WAS RELUCTANT TO TAKE HER ADVICE ON A PRESCRIPTION SHE SUGGESTED AND SHE STOOD HER GROUND AND INSISTED THAT I TRY IT HER WAY. SHE WAS CORRECT I WAS JUST SCARED. PEOPLE ARE QUICK TO COMPLAIN AND NOT SO QUICK TO GIVE PEOPLE WHO GO ABOVE AND BEYOND IN PATIENT CARE THE ACCOLADES DO THEM. ITS BEEN A WHILE SINCE MY SURGERY AND FROM TIME TO TIME I THINK OF THIS WONDERFUL DOCTOR. CALL HER FOR YOUR CARE,… SHE CAME TO ME HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BY A PERSON THAT EXPERIENCED THE SAME AMAZING CARE THAT SHE GAVE ME. Dr. Andrea Hagemann is the most caring and understanding doctor. She has excellent bed side manner! She is not only a great doctor but a great surgeon as well. You are not just a number to her or a dollar amount. She cares for her patients and gets back in touch with you no matter what whether its by email or phone. She is very thorough and listens to everything you have to say and all of your concerns. She will go over every option there is if there is a surgery involved. She did the robotic assisted surgery on me and everything went perfectly even when there were concerns. She is one of those "great" women out there in the world and for anyone who is looking around for a doctor or surgeon, Don't look any further. It does not get any better than her and her staff!!!
