I went to this clinic for several years and nothing helped, all they did was treat me like a money machine and I literally was robbed legally. They took advantage of my desperation. I still have to pay them but I will never go back!!

After many years as a patient & NEVER looking for the root of my chronic pain, just keeping me on a rubber stamped plan that most patients are on, I quit as Dr. Revelis' patient. I had so many med changes that would be suddenly stopped w/o explantion or safe titration. I was treated more as a $ making number & not a person. Please do not go to Dr. Revelis or Tulsa Pain Clinic.

As a patient of This climic for years My pain was managed well enough even though i was subjected to injections every 6 weeks. These injections are worse for you long term as you become dependent upon them. I’m not alone in this because that’s where the money is. Being subjected to forced reductions in pain medicine without any medical reason became the every month ordeal here and when you ask they would only say the State forced them to and there was no choice. I remember every time I had an appointment I would an elderly persons panic and disbelief trying to understand why DR Revelis cut their monthly prescriptions in half. I was subjected to this also without so much as a medical consultation. Now they no longer prescribe anything schedule 2 but force you to take BUPRENORPHINE or SUBOXONE neither of which are approved for pain management plus your insurance will not cover it unless you are classified as a recovering addict. Nice Job CDC. Best run away as they wont help… you.

I was bullied and demeaned by the female anasthegiologist on three separate occasions. 1st incident, she came in the holding room and said that because I was morbidly obese that she couldn't perform CPR on me and that I should loose some weight. I was petrified! My husband stepped out and told her how rude she was to me. When I got up on the table for my backshot she came in and jerked my left elbow out from under me and said " Get your arms out!" I felt physically bullied. I told what happened at my office visit. They said I wouldn't have her anymore. 2nd time, I was already on the table with my IV waiting for my sedation meds. She came in, hooked the meds onto my IV and left it there without pushing it in? If Dr.Revelis hadn't asked if I was sedated she would have let me feel the pain! 3rd time, I was alreaady on the table, she came in asked if I was diabetic, asked if I've been tested, and asked if I was shure? Like I was lying! Then she told me I wasn't allergic to codeine cause… it didn't give me hives or swelling. I kept telling her I am allergic it makes me severely vomit! She even got close to my face and said Your not allergic! The COO of this place was cold and uncaring about how I was treated. She even hung up on me leaving me scared about what to do. I just started a pain patch with them, and I feel like I've been left out in the cold. Signed, Bullied and Forgotten.

was a patient here for nearly 2 decades, only time you would see or talk to this person calling himself a Dr. of pain management is nothing more than a Dr. for money. He has no regard for the care of his patients and as subjected to his many mandatory alternative plans for treatment. Never argued over these alternative plans because they were not a choice and were considerably expensive for a retired disabled veteran. The practice began cutting patient medications without any medical reasons and without Dr. to patient consultations. Just get cut in half without any tapering down which caused an ER visit for dangerously high pressure resulting from run away pain. Any one who has lived thru this kind of never ending pain understands the intensity of being untreated and uncontrolled. Dr. does not care and just points out the new CDC guide lines and says he has no choice. I guess the CDC and the government knows what every patient needs and have implied to the pain Dr's to comply or… risk losing their practice.

I was asked to give a urine test when I requested an increase in medication. I take the minimal medication for my conditions. I passed got no increase and felt like I was being called a drug addict. Never failed a UA in 10 years. Also snuck a paper in saying I would pay anything insurance would not cover even though in network. Cost me $325 out of pocket for a UA. More concerned about money and minimal treatment than his patients.

All personnel are friendly, courteous, and efficient. I have been a patient at this office since 1993 and plan to continue to use them for my chronic pain need.

I am an older lady and have several major problems with my back and am in considerable chronic pain. I went to this doctor to find some relief, but the first thing out of his mouth was "I want you to know that I'm not in the business of dealing drugs, so if you came for pills, you're out of luck." I found this extremely insensitive and insulting. I resent deeply being lumped in with drug abusers when the man didn't even talk to me first. He just jumped to the most insulting conclusion he could. I am a clean, Christian woman, and there was nothing in my appearance or demeanor to cause him to act in this way. I would never go back to him for anything! I'd rather die from the pain than have a doctor like him. Thankfully, I have found a decent doctor who is handling my pain in a kind and responsible manner. I would not recommend Dr Revelis to anyone!

i am a disabled veteran, the doctor spent a total of 2 minutes with me he does not appear to care about his patients.
