Dr Bernstein is absolutely the best doctor I have ever had. Wait times are minimal but he still is able to spend time explaining, listening and making sure you understand your health.

Being new to the area I took a chance and booked with Dr. Bernstein. Really glad I did. What a wonderful doctor. He was on time, super nice, and most important “ He listens to you”. Give him a shot. You won’t be disappointed.

One of the best diagnosticians ever

I appreciate the fact that Dr Bernstein cares about my health, respects my time as well as his own, and is extremely punctual. He reviews the prescribed tests before you arrive and takes the time to explain the results to you so that you thoroughly understand his explanations. We have highly recommended him to friends that we have made since our move here in 2014. I have also received excellent referrals from him for other specialists (ear, eye, etc) and have been very pleased with his referrals. It’s hard to find a new doctor when you move to an area a long distance from your previous home. We lucked out when he was referred to us. Thank you Dr Bernstein.

My wife and I moved to Naples in 2010. We each saw Dr. Bernstein regularly twice each year and additionally as needed. At my age of 77, I feel that his level of care provided is among the best I've ever received, his level of concern for patients is easily the best I've experienced and the operational efficiency with which he and his staff function is off the charts. No matter if a scheduled appointment or an as needed visit I have never had to wait more that a few minutes to be seen. My wife died in 2017 and Dr. Bernstein sent me a personally written letter of condolence which was unexpected and very much appreciated. I have also referred several friends to him and all have had experiences similar to mine. He is a caring individual whom I feel fortunate to have as my primary care physician.

Have been seeing Dr Bernstein for 3 yrs as a 6 month northern snowbird. Return visit in October was cancelled by Dr Bernstein. Had to re-schedule. Then due to personal circumstance, had to re-schedule that appointment twice. Than day of appointment, I forgot it 5 minutes after it was due. Called to apologize and re-schedule. Went in for that appointment and told by front desk Dr Bernstein did not want me as a patient. Very childish and very un-professional.

I am happy with my experiences with Dr. Bernstein. He listens, explains well, provides appropriate referrals. I am a very satisfied patient who feels valued and appreciated.

Missed an appointment that I had forgotten about because it was scheduled 6 months ago in advance. So he barred me from his care because he said I don't care about my health. He then also terminated my wife's patient care for no good reason, probably to avoid the backlash! He should be barred from practice!!
