Dr. Andrew Patrick Swan, MD

I am a fairly new patient to the practice and I am thrilled with Dr. Swan. I needed eye surgery and the entire experience from our discussion before the procedure, the operation itself and all of the follow up appointments were fine. I was nervous about the procedure but my anxiety was lessened by Dr. Swan taking the time to answer all of my questions and reassure me about everything. I am thankful for this because I needed to undergo the surgery on my other eye two weeks after the first procedure.

After much research and a very positive referral from a patient of Dr. Swans, I made an appointment. I could not be more delighted to have chosen Dr. Swan. He took the time to explain every detail regarding my issue and then proceeded to follow through with the solution, and in a very timely fashion. He was punctual, precise, and pleasant. I will and have recommend Dr. Swan to others and am delighted to have made this important decision for myself.

Extremely thorough,excellent bedside manner and totally personable! I can not say enough about Dr. Swan. I've been going to see him for 4 years. He always takes the time to explain his finding and answers my questions in detail. Its good to know there are still some great doctors out there.

Terrible experience at his office on multiple occasions. His front manager ( Rebekah) is positively rude. Multiple patients are scheduled for the same time, which means that if you have an appointment to see Dr. Swan at 0800, he won't end up seeing you until 0900, if he is on time!! He doesn't even get there until 0900!! We ended up complaining to him regarding the scheduling fiasco and he turned around and told us that it was our fault for not waiting for him to show up!!! Additionally, he has terrible patient manners, very brusque approach. I will never recommend him to anyone!
