Dr. Ann Mazor Reed, DO

It seems this office does not make their own appointments, a call center is used. Cudos to the doctor she must be amazing! I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance. When I arrived at the office I was told they did not take my insurance. They had called me while I was enroute to my appointment, so I missed it. Once I got there I was told this happens all the time. I am sorry not to have seen the doctor, however, especially during a pandemic this is terribly inconsiderate to potential patients... Whether your appointments have the correct insurance should be determined upon making the appointment.
