After my first visit, I feel I am in good hands with Dr. Tong. She was very professional, well organized, and thorough.

Dr. Tong has always, ALWAYS been understanding, caring, honest and she ALWAYS LISTENS. I completely trust her and if not for her, I would be a complete mess and getting the right and proper care that I NEED. She's AMAZING!!!

What a great doctor. She let me talk and she heard what I was saying

Dr Tong is a fine cardiologist. Very personsonable and knowledgeable. My problem is that I had a procedure to insert a cardiac loop and the Biotronic’s rep said that I would have access to an app, providing real time data. I did down load the app, but access was delayed for one week which corresponded to the time required to get the first set of EKG’s. That period past, I went for my first visit after implantation, and asked for help with the app. The aide was not able to help and said to call the office for help. When I called, the staff member told me that the practice did not allow their patients to use the app, against what rep said. He (Shawn) either lied or did not know. At any rate, the device is worthless for anyone who is trying o connect symptoms with heart arrhythmias. Dr Tong did not deny the stance of the practice, so I am having the device removed. It is uncomfortable and is useless to me. A mistake.
