Dr. Anne Marie Rainville, MD

Had to switch OBs when I moved to Maine mid-pregnancy, was nervous about switching, but it ended up being a blessing because Dr. Rainville is amazing. She is both extremely compassionate and competent. As it was my first pregnancy, I was nervous about everything - she patiently listened to and answered all my questions. She is highly intelligent and an example of the medical profession at its best. It is no surprise that she has surrounded herself with a wonderful office staff who were a pleasure to see at each appointment.

Dr. Rainville is one of the most compassionate doctors that I have ever met. She has really taken the time to get to know me, has patiently answered all of my questions, and she has been very responsive to all of my concerns, big and small. She also has an incredibly calming demeanor and is extremely respectful of patients, both physically and interpersonally.

I've been Dr Rainville's patient for 20 years. She delivered both of my children. She is extremely competent and has a great calming bedside manner.

Dr. Rainville is knowledgeable, caring and down to earth. She spends the time needed with my to address all my questions and concerns. She always has a smile on her face and keeps things in perspective. I highly recommend her and am pleased she is about to deliver my 2nd child.

Words can't describe how amazing Dr. Rainville is as not only a doctor, but more importantly as a person. She's the best!

Dr. Rainville is an amazing doctor and person. Her wait times can be lengthy, but even when behind schedule you do not feel rushed when it's your turn. I personally would rather wait a little longer but have a doctor who gives me all the time I need during my appointment. Dr. Rainville is compassionate and comforting. You will not find a more amazing OB/GYN in the Portland area.
