Dr. Anne Thai, MD

Went to see Dr. Thai because I had been dealing with horrible nausea for over 5 years. I wanted to know how I could get relief. She really got in my face in front of a waiting room full of patients. She accused me, wrongly, of trying to get drugs, I.e. opioids. I was NOT trying to get anything but relief. She screamed that she didn’t prescribe drugs. I was humiliated. Left in tears. Couldn’t believe it. Got help at Stanford without opioids. Guess one has to go to the top to be treated by the best. Wouldn’t take my dog to that office.

I never saw doctor Thai so u can only speak on behalf of my first visit. Unexveptable non assistance from front desk. In business I was told nothing takes you away from the. Liner. Not even your paperwork. Your lack of empathy and professuonLism has been noted and reported. I tried to correct this with the doctor. Michelle the receptionist should be removed from her position. She has no ok d in medical community She dismissed me by hanging up? I believe she needs to be retrained ??. Had it beenumfet my management team? She be fired. Sorry I never got past your receptionist, doctor. Going somewhere else!

DR.Thai was very patient with me , answered all my questions and concerns. I never felt rushed . even emailed question the next day about medication and got a prompt response and reassurance.
