Dr. Antoine Ibrahim Dakouny, MD

I am a new patient of DR.DAKOUNY and i moved recently from Maine. I am very happy that i have found him as my doctor. He is caring, compassionate and listened to all my concerns and addressed them. What a genuine physician !

I have to agree with another post that stated Robin is awful. She was talking about me and called me stupid to a patient in the lobby while she thought I was on hold when I called to schedule an appointment. I called back and asked for Marlene, I asked if I could speak to the Dr. so I could address the issue with him and she told me he wasn't going to get on the phone. I told her what occurred with Robin and she said ok, I'll have the Dr call you this afternoon. I never heard back from him. I really liked and respected Dr. Dakouny, however I'm afraid I can no longer remain a patient.

I sincerely thank Dr.Dakouny for his compassionate care. He is outstanding.

I have known Dr.Dakouny now for 6 years. He is always there to give me the best guidance in my care. You feel he genuinely cares.

You call to talk to the the doctor but you get Robin. Keeps calling you honey. You never get to talk to your doctor. Marlene is awesome but Dr Dakouny needs to manage who he has working the front counter. I was already ripped off from the previous counter person stealing my cash. The credit card machine "never worked" and she pocketed the money I paid in cash until she was caught. Looking for a new doc...
