Front Office Staff offers the WORST customer service. Unfortunate representative to an excellant doctor. Rude, uncompassionate, ignorance

I was really concerned amount my mothers infected graft.I requested for the graft to be removed and she never returned my calls. When I went with my mother to the appointments she took litterally 2 mins. and said everything looks fine and tried to walk out. I told her puss was coming out so she is not alright. Well, a week later my mother ended up in the hospital and another Dr. examined her graft and said they have to remove this graft as soon as possible but by then my mother was already infected to the point where she got very ill. The next day after surgery she ended up in a coma and died 6 months later. Dr. Mostafavi was not very attentive to my issues and could care less. While I was in the hospital watching my mother die she was on vacation. I felt like it should have taken another Dr. to realize that mother was not ok.

The wait time is worse than horrible! The receptionist is at best too busy to help with anything that inhibits her ability to sit on her --- The level of caring is non existant when it comes to listening to the patients families or potentially giving advice. We as clients deserve a modecum or respect, not to be treated like we are disrupting your oh so busy days, that would not be so without us.

Their is no better surgeon then her, anyone that goes to her is in the best care and her head and her hands are a gift.Not only have I had the honer to work for her and with her.. also was her patient.PLEASE KNOW YOU WILL NOT FIND ANYONE BETTER THAN HER!

Dr Mostafavi is a great surgon,please be advised she is shy.
