My wife and I were referred to Dr. Hernandez-Rey by her OBGYN after being unsuccessful in trying to get pregnant for over a year. After the first appointment, Dr. Hernandez-Rey was able to diagnose my wife with having endometriosis. We chose to move forward with IVF treatment, and am happy to say we were successful in making several healthy embryos that we plan to transfer in the upcoming months after my wife recovers from endometriosis treatment. The nurses at Conceptions Florida have done a great job supporting my wife and me throughout this whole process, especially Anai. Don't second guess this practice, it was the best decision we could have ever made. Thank you Conceptions Florida family.

Amazing staff, BEAUTIFUL office, and knowledgeable Doctors. My husband and I weren't ready to have a baby just yet, but we knew that being in our mid 30's we had to make a decision on our future fertility. Doctor Hernandez-Rey made us feel so comfortable and in control of our treatment plan! We now have healthy babies frozen and just waiting for US to be ready to start our family! Very thankful for this office and everyone who works there.

My husband and I were referred to Dr. Hernandez-Rey for outside monitoring. I was pleased because the doctor is also in our network. I have fantastic coverage for IVF including 100% covered bloodwork and ultrasound. I contacted the clinic months in advance of treatment. However, the day of treatment, after my insurance was scanned, benefits checked, and my blood drawn, the nurse tells me the clinic will not bill my insurance and I will be self pay. I call my insurance to confirm that there is no policy that precludes the clinic and doctor from billing my insurance, as the doctor is in network. The insurance confirms that as long as the doctor is in network, all of my bloodwork and ultrasound is covered at 100%. The insurance rep even offers to speak to the nurse at a later time to clarify that there is no reason for me to be a self pay patient. I tell the nurse this multiple times, and they insist that outside monitoring patients are self pay and regardless of my coverage, which is… 100%, I will have to pay $700 plus. It appeared to me that the clinic was more interested in getting the most money out of the patient rather than going through my insurance, which may payout less. Nonetheless, we were deterred from continuing treatment with this physician and his clinic. What’s most upsetting to us is that we have missed out on another month towards our goal.

Dr Hernandez-Rey and his staff are the best of the best! Words cannot express my gratitude towards them! From the first moment I spoke with Dr Hernandez-Rey I new he was going to be the best! He gives the best care, the best explanations, the best knowledge, the best facilities and the best results!!!!! He is kind, compassionate and gives the utmost attention to detail! The ivf nurses Brittany and Anay are also the best of the best! They are beyond caring, beyond patient and beyond knowledgeable! Like I said simply the BEST!!!!

His entire staff takes you by the hand( from the sweetest receptionist to every single nurse), is always available to answer all your questions and makes sure you are comfortable throughout this whole process. My head nurse Gina was 24/7 available, always there to answer my multiple concerns, always caring and loving. Maria, Alejandra, Manuella, absolutely all of them are involved, compassionate, wonderful and invested in your case. I will be forever grateful to Dr Hernandez-Rey for assisting me in starting my family, for not just the medical help but also the care and support Dr Hernandez-Rey and his entire staff gave me… throughout these past few months.
