She was very pleasant and extremely nice. The staff and front desk were great!

I have been going to Dr Chakrala for over a decade now. For the last few years, I have noticed a degradation in service. The wait time has increased to over an hour sometimes. I went for my Physical and Dr was not present. The assistant did ECG and asked to come back. When i went back on the next appointment they made me wait for an hour. And then they forgot to do my physical - just discussed the blood report and was about to send me back. When I asked again, my physical was done.

We went there last week to get medical exam done. The Dr. Sangeetha Buddala and her staff Ms. Nafeesa and Karan avery extremely helpful. They went out of their way to speed things up for us. Thank you and keep up the good work.

I have to do a diagnostics breast mammogram every 6 months, I requested for a script from Dr Chakrala and I was refused because I have to go do a physical to get a script. I requested again please give me the script now for the memo gram I will come to your office next week, I still have some time before my physical is due. Still they refused to give me the script and I had to cancel the memmogram appointment. Obviously patients wellness is not her priority, she just care about billing your insurance. We spend so much money in health insurance to put up with this type of doctors, as if we are at her mercy, absolutely not acceptable.

Dr. Chakrala is an very good physician because she predicted the problem that would occur, so we could prevent it. She is also very friendly.

I met the doctor first time 1 year ago my doctor spend almost 1 hr time with me and gave suggestions about changing my life style. She is amazing ! God bless her ! Staff is also very nice . I recommend to everyone

Dr. Chakrala is very experienced, knowledgeable and expert in her field . She is a very compassionate and kind human being. I am really impressed the way she takes care of her patients. Her diagnoses are always accurate.She is so friendly,always smiling that I feel very close to her and can explain my problems to her very easily.She patiently hears out your issues and treat them with perfection. Her office staff is awesome too. Nafeesa,Jayshree and Amber treats you with so much respect and considers your problems as urgent issues.I needed authorization for my CTSCAN which Nafeesa went out of her way and got it done for me .They are always so helpful .I will highly recomend Dr Chakrala for everyone. 7 stars for Dr Chakrala and her staff.
