Her reception staff is horrible. Just laughing at patients with problems.

Very rude, I showed up to my appointment and was told my insurance was canceled. I was charged a $25 late fee. Made another appointment showed up with new insurance. My PCP referral office was gonna fax a referral to the office she wouldnt accept it faxed. Had to reschedule again. Remind you I had to go to the hospital to get my medications to keep me from having another seizure. Dr. Vijapura should tell her to be more customer friendly and not so rude.

just now-Edit Never ever use this practice, and I hesitate to call it that. I cancelled my appointment with them the day before and was told since is wasn't exactly 24 hours they would be charging me $25.00 missed appt fee, which I had been trying to call all morning and the line was busy. I read the reviews and wouldn't bother trying to get care from them.

Absolute criminal billing practices, taking advantage of medicare and the elderly in ALFs. I can't believe medicare hasn't caught on yet.

It's astonishing how anyone can keep a job while acting the way the front desk woman does. I have never encountered someone so unprofessional, rude, condescending, and full of herself in any office position. It says a lot about the Dr. that he employs someone like this after multiple complaints filed by patients.

The office "manager"/receptionist must have some kind of dirt on the owner to somehow still have a job. Her attitude and appearance would be better suited for a dive bar. It's really sad that people who are just looking for some relief from their suffering have to suffer more, just to get the help they need, at the hands of a disgusting waste of human flesh. This place is just another office looking to make a buck off you. You are nothing but cattle to them. Your suffering means nothing to them.

Where to begin??Front desk manager is a compete and utter nasty cold person who cares nothing about you . Insurance fraud is being conducted there and Candice is a cold hearted low life. Drug pushing pill mill with no concern for anyone but how much money they can’t make and how many prescriptions they can push on you

The office is very rude she said I missed an appt and had to pay $25 for no show which I called and rescheduled and she said I never called. I reported her to my insurance company and they called the PA which she knew nothing about my insurance company told mje to show up for my next appt which was today and the office manager told me I was discharged as a patient. My insurance company has filed a greivence about about her I like the PA there in Plant City but she would not let me talk to her. The PA listens to you and makes recommendations. I will miss her and maybe more people will complain about the office e manager and they will get rid of her.

Candice the so called bully big mouth nasty office manager is a disgrace she talks to people like they are stupid she should be fired I have witnessed her belittling patients and in my opinion should be investigated for her mistreatment .
