Dr. Al William Robaina, MD

Dr Robaina takes the time to get to know all of your symptoms first. He is a very caring Dr and will make sure he gets the diagnosis right and help you. He saved me from depression and fibromyalgia by taking the time to get to know me. I really appreciate Dr Robaina and you will too!! He is the Best!

I have been with Dr. Robaina for 3 years now, and I never had a physician like him. He really takes his time to talk with me,explaining everything in detail, answering all my questions. He is extremely knowledgeable. He is also very, very kind. I called his nurse once on a Friday afternoon, as I startet to have a rash, which was very painful. It was almost closing time for the clinic, but he told his nurse to tell me that I should come immediately. He could have told me to go to an Emergency Room, but instead he and his staff stayed in the office to wait for me. I will never forget that!!! And what can I say about his lovely staff!!! They are THE BEST! Anytime I come there, they treat me like a am Family. I have never ( in my 69 years) encountered such lovely nurses (and guys), real, real friendly(not the fake friendliness one finds so often). Thank you so much to all of you. Rosa Blain

I am a new patient and haven't even seen the doctor yet, but it is almost impossible to reach anyone in the office. I was calling for over a week to schedule a new patient appt., left message on their voice mail, left messages with their answering services and as I was about to give up hope in getting someone, I decided to call my insurance co. to choose another Dr. The insurance company called and they picked up immediately. Gave me an appt. in three weeks ( I guess he is in great demand). Now I am attempting to call the office to ask a simple question, and again can't reach anyone. They claimed they were having phone problems, but in three weeks they are still having phone problems???? If this is the office staff, it is definitely not a very good impression. The ratings for Dr. Robaina are great, but his staff leaves a lot to be desired. And I haven't even gotten in yet!!!!!!!!!
