Dr. Asok Doraiswamy, MD

Dr. Doraiswamy performed an inguinal hernia repair on me 3 weeks ago. He was great. I found him to be very professional and easy to deal with. He answered all my questions and replied via phone or email very quickly. The surgery went extremely well. I did not even take my pain meds after the operation. It has been 3 weeks now and I feel fantastic. I highly recommend him if you need a hernia repair. He did an excellent job for me.

Dr. Doraiswamy is a smart, very competent surgeon. I was in almost unbearable pain when he saw me. He was calm and professional in his medical assessment of my condition and was upfront with what I could expect of the procedure. He had great follow-up and was attentive to my needs. More importantly, my family and I find him to be a very kind person.

I was in terrible pain. When you saw the results of my condition you immediately scheduled me for surgery and removed my gallbladder. I was up and walking the same day and feeling great. Dr. D walked me through my entire surgery from start to finish. He patiently answered all my questions and even fussed at me when I stayed in the clear liquid phase 3 weeks longer than I should have. He help me to pick the right procedure for me and my life style. His office staff were always smiling and were my cheerleaders during and after the process. If he wasn't available they would make sure I received a return phone call or text with an answer to my question or questions with in 24 to 48 hours. If I had to do it all over again I would definitely go back to DR. D

I really love this Doctor . He doesn't act like he is above you . I feel really comfortable with him and his staff . Debbie gets back to you right away .

He is kind and sensitive and makes you know that he cares how you feel about the surgery. He is professional and up to date on the latest techniques. You will feel safe and comfortable at all times. I had a lap bad that failed and then he performed a sleeve on me. It was the best thing I ever did for myself.

I needed to have my gallbladder removed. I had put it off for years and delt with the painful episodes my large gallstones caused. I was nervous about the procedure because I am obese and a friend had just gone through a nightmare with her gallbladder surgery. Dr. Doraiswamy spent time with me discussing the procedure in detail, he is also a bariatric surgeon so he made me aware of any complications that might arise due to my weight. The surgery went great, I went home the same day. I never needed pain meds. I was able to walk with ease, take care of minor chores around the house and I even returned to work the next week after my staples were removed. I have not had any complications or problems since the surgery, I highly recommend Dr. Doraiswamy and his group.

I lucked out with Dr. D. You will never meet a more caring Doctor that works with you to manage your illness. There are not enough stars in this rating system. He is off the charts!
