My Mother's experience has not been good with this office. Referrals not done or was done and insurance not checked on to see if the specialist is in network. She went to specialist appointment and was turned away, due to his office not given all the insurance information to the specialist. Other time the referral was not done and the appointment had to cancelled to the specialist. Attitudes on the phone , right off the bat is not good customer service. This lady is 80 years old. Please be respectful and be courteous.

Dr. Ozan saw me earlier than my scheduled appointment time and spent an hour listening to my issues. Discussed my medical history as well as a plan of treatment with me and collaborated on how to put plan into action. Was kind and considered my personal needs. Office staff was courteous as well as his office nurse. Made a good decision in choosing this physician.

Couldn't determine what was wrong with me and told me I needed to talk to someone and prescribed me anxiety medication. Shame on him. Just because you don't know doesn't make me crazy.
