Dr. Barbara Diane French, MD

I love Natalie, the nurse practitioner and see her most of the time. But her nurse is impatient and often cuts me off mid sentence so she doesn’t understand what is needed. I often do not get a friendly feeling from the staff.

I like Dr. French and her Nurse Practioner Natalie Toth. But I have to agree with an earlier review on here. The staff is cold.

I've been a patient for about 10 years now. She always takes her time and never rushes you through your appointment, yet there is never a very long wait to see her. She genuinely cares about her patients and she lets them know she does. She's the BEST!

When I first became a patient Dr. French seemed like a great provider, it has been over 2 years now and I just dont agree with her bedside manner. I suffer from severe anxiety/depression, when I call the office for refills these people have the nerves to treat me like a person addicted to some real hard core drugs (by the way I am only on .5mg of Xanax PRN), they continue to be rude/judgemental/uncaring in there approach to refilling pt medications. I work in the healthcare industry and I know that this is NOT the way to properly treat your patients, no pt should be disrespected or talked to in a rude manner. I say this because when I tried to address this with Dr. French she dismissed me, without even looking into it with her staff, he reply to me was to just let it go, easy for her to say she does'nt suffer from what I do, and she has NOT walked one day in my life to fully understand that this was NOT a choice that I picked for myself. If i could change things I would but anyone who… really suffers from anxiety/depression like I do would easily understand WHY I am so upset about this. The last thing I need is to be put down by my own provider and made to feel like I am crazy because I suffer from anxiety. I am currently looking into finding me a new provider that will NOT judge me, put me down, or make me feel like I am just CRAZY. I DO NOT/WOULD NOT recommend this office if you wanted to be treated with respect GO ELSEWHERE!!

I've always been pleased with Dr. French and her staff. I've always felt heard and all my needs and expectations have always been met. I've been a patient for about fifteen years now and a lot of the same staff is still employed there, that actually says a lot about a place.

Love having Dr. French as my doctor. Always friendly, short waiting time and actually listens to me. Thank you Dr. French for sincerely caring for your patients. Cindy S.

Staff is cold!

She is a bumbling idiot. Very poor excuse for a doctor. I am clueless as to why she would ever receive a good rating. She is just a joke, I would highly recommend going elsewhere!!!

Dr. French has been my doctor for 3 years now, and I am blessed to have her. I'd seen several doctors over 10 years, but she was the first to diagnose me, not only correctly, but quite swiftly as well. She's very professional and has a warm and caring bedside manner. She listens and welcomes my input about my own health conditions. She is thorough and answers all my of questions.. You can absolutely tell she's interested in each of her patients' personal situation.

I had my first visit yesterday. I am so glad to have found her. She answered all my questions and asked the right ones as well. Her bedside manner gave me the feeling that she really cared for me as a person and not just a number. Her staff is just as friendly and caring. I would reccomend her highly she is one of the few docs that care.
