I love doctor levin she has been great and she has true care for her patients

Dr. Levin is an amazing doctor who is compassionate, caring, listens to you throughly and works with you as the patient. I won't go into details, but without her tenacity and thoroughness to get to the bottom of my health issues I would not be writing this review today. She saved my life!

Dr Levin has been my doctor for 30 years and she has been thoughtful and considerate. She worked with my insurance to insure I received the care I needed. Dr Levin spent time and good effort in the care I needed and made sure I had her number if I needed her.

Dr. Levin is an excellent doctor who is affected by her decision to take on the care of anyone who needs her help. She need to reduce her appointment load by one-half - not likely -and fire one-half of her staff for poor performance. I grumble, but keep coming back.

This doctor gets patients in and acts as though she cares about their well being. Once she has you established and should there actually be a medical problem that doesn't require a cold, flu, or something that is routine she doesn't know what to do with you. When there is a medical problem that she doesn't know the reason for she repsonds with "what do you want me to do". Well it is like this if the patient knew what to do they would not be sitting in her office for three or more hours. She also has personal opinions she enforces that are not always in the well being of a patient. Should a person be physically in pain and have other diagnosis as to why there is pain her response is it is all psychological. I suppose a person with a dis-located shoulder that continues to reoccur should just see a psyciatrist and skip the general practitioner to take care of the problem. This may just put her out of business. She bills insurance for $359 and above for not spending no more than a… couple of minutes with them. This seems like medical fraud to me. Then to not prescribe anything for the ear ache or to even look in the ear.When told to seek psychological counseling the only ones she will refer you to are the ones employed by her. Meaning they are going to give the follow up or diagnosis that DR LEVIN wants. My opion is I pay for insurance, and the copay meaning she is employed my be. She is my employee and yet she wants to act in a very unprofessional manner.

She arrives late to the office. Schedules appointments for 8:20 am and she doesn't arrive before 10 am. Over the last 2 visits she has spent only 2 minutes in the room with me. She either is in a hurry because she didn't make it in to the office on time EVER. and then she rushes to get out at the end of the day. Average appointment takes 3 hours wait. Then to only see her for 2 minutes when she is the one that wanted the follow up appointment to not listen to what has changed since the last visit. She is not intersted in finding out what is wrong with me only what she can get out of my insurance and me.

This doctor is ALWAYS on her cell phone. It does not matter while she is seeing patients, in a restaurant. I've seen her a few times as a patient, but many times at community functions....it's always the sanme...the CELL PHONE IS GLUED TO HER EAR! It would be nice if she could focus her attention on the person, not the phone. I found this to be very rude as a patient...realized I was only a number in her medical empire she built in a small rural area.

dr.levin is a great dr. and person. she has been my dr. since birth and the other person who commented is just dumb probably mad cause you cant get pills for you habit what she volunteers for or to take care of is none of your business you know nothing

This physician needs to be investigated for grant fraud and misuse of power. The finance director, Brian Tallent, of Monroe county destroyed two buildings while intoxicated with his truck within 24 hours and she intervened for his treatment of alcoholism which led to his reinstatement of his position. This situation needs to be investigated as she works under direct supervision of the finance director and has pushed her own agenda of taking control of a successful county administered dental program and firing a very confident dental director, forcing her to take a 3 month leave with pay.
