Dr. Benjamin Charles Schaffer, MD

Dr. Schaffer is honestly concerned when it comes to health care. He focuses on your visit while asking questions about your health and family. He addresses what the visit is for and also preventive care. Great Doctor that i would recommend to anyone.

I have had the same Dr. for a long time and he was excellent. I was hesitant to try a new one when he retired. Dr Schaffer went beyond my expectations, making me feel comfortable and listened to! I will definitely return.

Dr. Schaffer has been my primary care doctor for over 20 years. He is kind and genuine and always spends whatever time I need for me to feel comfortable that he has answered my questions. I trust him inherently. He also takes care of my wife. He came highly recommended years ago and I am glad he is my physician.

Dr. Schaffer is highly knowledgeable, accessible, and really cares about his patients. He is genuine and gives you all the time you need to ask pertinent questions.

Dr. Schaffer has been my Primary Care Physician since relocating here in 2002. He has been with me through Prostrate Cancer, Urinary Implant, Implant rupture resulting in septic shock system shutdown. I have found him to not only be one of the most caring doctors I have met, but consider him a good friend...

This doctor doesn't talk much. He encourages subsequent appointments that are not necessary. Staff is not competent. if Barbara, RN, that left then don't go there. She would have been a great doctor.

Doc Schafer is great. His nurse Barbara who retired was great. My last experience the receptionist was rude, left me on hold for 18 minutes. And they told me the doctor would call me in a script since I'm sick and need some antibiotics. I called at 9:15 am and they never got around to calling the pharmacy. I was never treated bad before and now the people have changed. I am sick enough with out having all this crap added to it. I will try calling again tomorrow or may drive up their and ask to see the doc. I am truly upset but after 12 years with Doc Schafer I may have to find somewhere else to go where the staff follows threw!

Dr. Schaffer is the best primary doctor my family has ever had. He is caring, kind and compassionate. He has taken care of my elderly and very ill parents for over 20 years. He is well trained and runs a great office. The staff are kind and caring and very attentive to the needs of their patients. His nurse is by far the BEST of THE BEST!

The staff of Dr Ben Schaffer are rude and uncaring. THe staff are ill mannered . Being sick and tring to navigate my healthcare needs by asking questions to the ladies in the office they could nt care less if you need help or even have the nerve to ask a question as they seem to knowit all. They are office jockeys and need to be retrained or coacing opportunies as I bet Dr Shaffer does not know whats going on in the front office. I would not wish anyone who was sick to make an appt there thinking that is office is caring for the patient or there needs

Went to Dr.Schaffer for over ten years and wonder why? He rarely if ever got to the bottom of my problems and his general solution for every thing is to throw meds at the problem. Should have left a long time ago!!!
