She takes time and listening to what you have going on. Staff is very nice..she gets back to you anytime you call..

To the point, she is verbally abusive and condescending.

She does nothing to help me feel better. I have been sick for such a long time and have been suffering with a cough. I went to urgent care over the week end was told to follow up with her. After doing just that she acted as though she was mad for me going to urgent care for help. She’s to busy messing with her phone and she constantly talking about unrelated subjects. She does not care. I don’t know how to explain the way she treats me and my other family members.

Yesterday I was in a pinch. Dr. Casady is my doctor. I took my son to his doctor for a sports physical. I got there and they informed me he didn't have insurance and the cost would be $500.00. ( I had to have it that day). I called her office and they said would be $35.00. So here I go from Chattanooga to Spring City. Very short time limit. We got there turns out he did have insurance. After all that mess my son has a new doctor he will no longer be seeing the doctor he has saw since birth. He loved them up there he loved we didn't have to wait in waiting room for hours and the kindness of nurses and staff. Wonderful office.

I have received excellent care

At the ER they did a MRI. The Stone was 9 mm but Cassidy refused me any pain meds. I was i so much pain I would have even settled for a shot. Last 3 times I have been there I was treated like a third class citizen cause I once had a drug problem. She did not even take time to ask me how rehab went and how I am doing now. Well, Dr Cassidy not that you even care I have been clean for 8months. She even treated my pastor badly once. My Mother sees Her and she is elderly. I am afraid she will not give her the apropriate care. Being ethical as a doctor is one thing being curteous is another. People who have a past sometimes actually have legitimate health problems Dr Cassidy. Ove the past 7 years they have fished out of me 5 kidney stones. Everytime I walk in there door they at me likeI want drugs. I just wanted some help. Needless to say, Some docs like her stereo type people. Hope she sint the physican on duty if I have a heart attack. Sorry for long comment. I am still a bit angry, That… was a very long drive to ER>
