Dr. Betty Chung Grasty, MD

I have been seeing Dr. Grasty for 18 years, she is the top Dr. I have ever seen, she knows my medical history top to bottom, if I am ill, I refuse to go to anyone but her. She pays close attention to her patience medical needs and remembers you. She treats you like family, she has literally diagnosed something in my foot within 10 minutes that the surgeon didn't even bother to look at after a surgery. If she can't fix you she knows the top Dr's to refer you to. I will always keep her as my primary Dr.

She is one of the few primary care doctors who listens to you, is up to date with current literature and coordinates your care with different specialists.

Great doctor, cannot stand the office staff and nurse! So rude and unprofessional. It's a total surprise Dr. Grasty has employees completely opposite of her. Every time I go to the office I say I'm not going back because of the staff. However, she is a great doctor.

Dr. Grasty is an exceptional doctor! I have been seeing her for 10 years and know that I always get her full attention and excellent advice. However, her staff is the most unfriendly and discourteous both on the phone and in person of any I have ever seen. I feel that this is a turn off to many as some of us spoke of it in the waiting room. I will make a point to speak to her about it next time I am there. It should not keep you from making an appointment with her, but certainly don't take their poor attitude personally.

My husband & I have been going to Dr. Grasty since 2008. We couldn't ask for anyone better to be our PCP. It's very easy to talk to Dr. Grasty and she is excellent in listening. She has taken very good care of me & my husband. We never hesitate to send her referrals. She has an excellent staff.

I have been going to Dr. Grasty for many years now. I have recommended her to many of my friends. She is a wonderful doctor. I always get in right away, her staff has always been very nice and cordial to me, and I just can't say enough good things about her. Go see her if you need help.

Dr. Grasty is phenomenal! She listens and is very thorough, she truly cares about her patients. Her front office staff is another issue. They are never friendly over the phone and barely smile when they greet you in the office. I've referred several people to Dr. Grasty and they love her but the front office staff never gets rave reviews. With the last referral she needed to get in asap per an emergency room visit the prior day. Dr. Grasty was booked and I totally understand that and this isn't the problem. The person that answered the phone that I explained the issue to was very rude.I made a call to them to explain the situation to see if they could fit the referral in-they couldn't- no problem BUT the front desk person's attitude b/c I called to ask was ugly. I've been going to Dr. Grasty for some time & her front office staff is the most unfriendliest that I've ever come across in a doctor's office.

a word i do not use comes to mind whenever i think of dr. grasty,AWESOME,she literally saved my life after some bad medical treatment elsewhere,she didn't treat the symptons, she went all out to find the problem and cause,then got me to other specialists working closely with her and everyday i'm alive i deeply thank her, she is an angel if there ever is one.i drive 300 miles for my appointments and would walk if i had to.one little secret, do what she recommends,she is very thorough and really delves into your case,i trust her completly. i could go on and on but no superletive would be too much to describe ,at least to my knowledge, the best doctor in the world. i'm glad she is young enough to outlive me as i could never find another dr. betty grasty.

I have been a patient of Dr. Grasty's for over 10 years. She is nothing short of amazing. I have a complicated medical history with multiple chronic conditions which Dr.Grasty has managed remarkably. Dr. Grasty was essential in getting me into the UTSWMC system for additional testing and health management. Every specialist she has referred me to is rated as leaders in their field of study. Dr. Grasty spends an ample amount of time with her patients and never rushes to get you out of her office. Her staff is friendly, courteous, and personable as well. HIGHLY, HIGHLY, recommend her!

Staff is airheaded and very slow, however when u do see the Dr. She spend time with you and she care.
