I give this one star because one of the ladies who answers the phone at this office is extremely rude. She sounds irritated and short every time ive had to call. Not professional at all!!

I went in Dr. office for my monthly check. I was having back pain, blood in my urine, naseau, and had fever and chills a week earlier but because i was a self pay patient Dr. decided not to take a urine sample because I had no ins. and I felt better than the week earlier. Now i have a 6.2 kidney stone and a stent waiting on surgery.

The woman is rude. Doesn't listen and seems poorly trained. The standard of care is third world. I have a family history of skin and prostate cancer and she has never looked at my skin to see it I have any problems. She has never ordered a PSA to see if I might have prostate cancer. That is basic stuff. She doles out meds. That's about it.
