This has been my Doctor and RA specialist since I was seventeen years old. I’ve seen many doctors throughout my years in dealing with rheumatoid arthritis, he is above all the best Doctor I’ve ever had. He’s patient, attentive and shows he cares. He’s the only Doctor I trust completely.

Doesn’t examine you … doesn’t follow up on referrals … doesn’t care

DO NOT GO TO HIM!!! Hes a very nice man and used to be great. my family have been going to him for over 12 yrs. but now? absolutely horrible. the staff is incredibly rude, snarky, and dont care about the needs of patients. Dr. A and his Pa dont seem to care about his patients either. ive been in chronic pain since i was 13. im now 3 2 and no where closer to figuring out whats wrong. i have to force them to help me. i missed my apt by 3 mins and was told that my apt would be rescheduled, when i explained i had been on hold with their office for the past 25 mins and desperately need this apt i was rudely told 'if you need her so bad then you can go to the ER' i cant believe i pay these people just to sit on their thumbs. save yourself, find a better doctor.

Don't answer the phone. I was call 10 times, they pick up only 1 time. Never respond to voice messages. Doctors did not use a stethoscope for coughing patients. I went to the clinic twice because They didn't send a prescription. I requested a vaccine, but nothing proceeds. Their attitude is very unkind.

Although I'm a rather new patient (only seen him 2 times), I really like Dr. B.A. He listens, he explains things clearly and he takes time with his patients. He is a great doctor. With that, I don't mind waiting because, as a doctor who takes time with his patient means a longer wait. He does not prud you thru like cattle. I would refer anyone to him. His office staff are courteous and great too.

Just called to schedule an appointment and ask a few questions. Lady that answered the phone was rude and careless and Alonso upset that I called and had her do her job... Keep hearing Dr A. Is great but his staff is very unprofessional and rude. Just experienced it first hand... Thus Im Choosing elsewhere to go. Great customer service goes a long way... Geez if they can't do their job with a smile, I could! Truly sad.

Long office rudeness I'm about to look for another dr... I recommended so many people there it started out good but ended up having to many patients. Dr B is a good Dr but my appt are becoming something like a pep talk no physical checkup at all. You pain will never go away I'm like what? Very unprofesional

The staff is incredibly rude and ever doctors visit I have to call multiple times to get what I went to the doctor for.

Dr. Is awesome but his staff is horrible and rude we are trying to find another R.A. DR. Unless he fires two of the girls Susie and Irene and gets help that knows how to treat his not only patients but we are his customers as well.
