Dr. Birendra Bhattarai, MD

Dr B has been my pcp for last 10 years and even that I moved from Lake County couple years ago I still have him as my physician . It’s very rare to find doctor that has compassion and bed side manners like him. I highly recommend Dr B.

I am not sure why it was so hard to get this done. But I dropped off some paper work for Dr. Birendra Bhattarai at the front desk lady and she said that I would get a call once this was done. Yes she was very rude. This was 3 and 1/2 weeks ago. So I did call the office and they told me that the only thing that could be done was bring in the paper work again to be filled out and I did. The same front desk person told me the same thing. But this time she was very dismissive. So I did leave the paper work there 1st thing in the morning and stopped back by 3 hours later but still was told we will call you . So I then call back the next day later that  afternoon and explained every thing that happen and she hung up the phone on me. Not sure why it is so hard to get this one page letter filled out for my insure company. I do not recommend his staff not very NICE AT ALL. PLS BEWARE OF THEM.

Dr. Bhattarai is attentive and efficient.

Very compassionate and understanding. Would recommend him to my entire family and my friends.

Non chalant. Appeared very non chalant and wishy washy. Poor bed side manner

This doctor does not follow up on his word, nor does what he says is going to do. Not easy to get a hold of over the phone when trying to call.

He is fantastic, so kind and caring he also really listens to what you say. I first met him during an unexpected trip to the hospital and was so impressed I changed primary physicians.

This is a great doctor that I have not only worked with but have had social interactions with. You won't find a more gentile man - and one smart cookie!
