Absolutely terrible beginning with entry into waiting room. Very cluttered. Not one smiling face. No one greeted me and I put my name on a clipboard. A HIIPA violation! First visit did not even see doctor. A n LPN administered a test. Never sent results to my primary. Second visit she made an appearance but didn’t even make eye contact. She administered part of a more extensive ultrasound which was finished by a technician. No results were ever discussed. I was put on meds and had side effects so called the office. The person answering phone said that my side effects were not normal so I should call my primary. They were known side effects for this medication! Yikes. No choice but to find another doctor!

This doctor will do everything in her power to make sure you have the best care you can get. You will not find better than this.

Dr. Rupani is my mother's vascular surgeon. When we had to amputate my mom's leg, she was very direct and knowledgeable about exactly what needed to be done and what the prognosis would be performing the surgery versus delaying or not doing the amputation at all. She was very compassionate considering this was not only a logical but an emotional decision. Our follow-up appointments since have always been the same, she is the type of doctor who is here for the right reasons. My mom and I have no complaints.

Dr. Rupani is professional-- friendly-- has a wonderful bedside manner -- I could just fill this page up with every compliment you could write about this remarkable women. If anyone made any bad review.s about her they must have dialed the wrong number

I saw the reviews for Dr Rupani and I can t believe anyone could give her or her staff a bad review! i had my visit and i needed tests which had to be authorized and it was done the next day- the staff helped me make my apppointments and i had a follow up which led to surgery and i could not have have had a better experience. Dr was knowlegeable and had a great bedside manner- treated me like part of the family.. anyone who doesnt like this dr is crazy! wonderful surgeon.

I had a great visit with Dr Rupani- she was very articulate and made me feel at ease right away! She has a great staff. the tech did my test right there and then dr gave me the results right away. i was very happy with my visit.

A great initial consult, telling me what tests are needed for diagnosis,...then NOTHING!! After numerous calls to office (which she never returned), it took me 4 weeks to get the paperwork for the tests. Then after not hearing results for 2 weeks(she was going to call the next day), and again, several phone calls to her office, I threatened to report her and she called right back!! If you are looking for a professional, caring doctor, you will AVOID THIS ONE !!
