Garbage. Rude. Months of waiting for them to say (at the last minute) that they don't accept insurance.

I would be dead from melanoma if I listened to him. Would not wear a mask during surgery. Will be taking this to the medical board.

Over all, the group is very good. there is one office lady that argues with everyone and is very rude. She even argued with the VA rep about what they needed for a referral to Stanford.

Called to make sure they could do a specific procedure. They assured us they did that procedure. Husband went in. Waited for the Dr (Chad). Dr. came in and says that they in fact do NOT do the procedure. Husband wasted 45 minutes, saw the Dr just long enough to be told that the receptionist was incorrect about the procedure. And yet, we received a bill for $100. A receptionist said that she didnt think he should be charged but the doctor insisted. Will not be returning, what a waste of time. And the fact that we were billed despite the screw up being on their end is atrocious.

Called Dr. Kurgis's office today; was offended by the rude and irritable disposition of the receptionist.

My annual skin check took less than 10 minutes. After his assistant checked face and head, he came in, didn't even remove shirt or other clothes, burned off a few scalp keratoses, and said to come back in a year. Exasperated, I changed my dermatologist, and on first exam he found a stage 2 melanoma on my back. Staff ok, zero stars for the doc.

I always enjoy how efficient, thorough, and fast Dr. Kurgis is. I used to go to another Dermatologist in SLO, and although this is further and less convenient, I like the service much better. It's well worth the drive from Cayucos to have a job done right. P.S. Lisa was nice too!!

Dr. Kurgis was amazing my hair looks great.... he's a real artist and a foremost expert in hair restoration....

I have never waited so long to see a doctorfor such a short impatient, disinterested visit.Just a cursory exam and I had to point outthe spots on my skin that he missed.
