Dr. Brian Ansel Hanna, MD

I love Dr. Hanna. That is why I followed him from his Darlington office when it closed. I don't like the wait time. Every time I go, it is an hour wait in the waiting room then 45 minutes wait in the patient room. The schedulor is scheduling appointments too close together. I think appointments are being scheduled 10 minutes apart when the doctor visit lasts from 20 minutes to 30 minutes. it doesn't take but one or two visits and the doctor is already behind for the day. I have called the office twice in the past and left a voice message for Dr. Hanna's nurse and she has never called me back. I left a detailed voice message Friday, Aug.31st. explaining that I needed the abd. u/s results that was done on Thurs. Aug.30th. I explained that the u/s person said the report should be in Dr. Hanna's office Friday morning and if it wasn't to call the u/s office and get the report. No one called me back with any kind of message.. Can you imagine the anxiety of waiting for a report to tell you… if you have cancer or not? Now I am going to have to wait all weekend in an anxious state. I know I am now the only patient that Dr. Hanna has and everyone thinks they are the most important but in a case like mine, I think someone should have returned my phone call ASAP.
