Dr. Brian D Jones, MD

I came to Dr. Jones after my previous doctor retired. Dr. Jones has a very disarming, concerned bedside manner. Great doc!

The problem is getting an appointment the scheduling staff will put you on hold several times and hang up on you not professional at all!

Office staff is friendly and efficient. Appt. was on time. Dr. Jones is personable, thorough, knowledgeable and his demeanor is professional and caring.

I lived in Waco for several years, and refused to use any other doctor except, Dr. Jones. My husband usually escorts me to my visits, and I am so impressed how Dr. Jones will patiently, kindly, and professionally answer a worried husband's questions. There is never a time that I experienced an illness, and Dr. Jones did not take the time and effort to explain the symptoms or treatment, to me. He is conscientious about the meds he prescribes, and is great at following up with you. He is also available for telephone calls, especially when I am in a panic. He will call me directly. Not his nurse, but he will take time to call me. I could not ask for a better, kinder, and caring physician! I also have to give 'kudos' to his staff. They are both proficient and efficient. They greet you warmly, and always have a smile. And, they give a great deal of respect to the patients. I and my husband say, Thank You, Dr. Jones and staff!

Dr. Jones has a great bedside manner and is always happy to answer questions. His nurses are great--my daughter says that his nurse Teresa gives the best shots ever.

Dr. Jones takes his time to actually listen to you and does not rush you out. He does not hesitate to call in someone if he feels you need extra help. Very professional and down to earth. Everyone should have a Dr. Jones for their family doctor. This man is very dedcated to his patients.
