The surgery performed by Dr Roberts’s for my prolapse bladder went far more better than I every expected it to go!! Dr Roberts is the best for this surgery!! I will encourage any woman who has this problem please go to this Doctor you will not regret it .. He is the best !! I didn’t even need any pain meds after surgery and recovery time was so easy !!

Just saw this doctor today. Very disappointed! Did not hear a word I said, would not even let me give him the history that lead to coming to see him. He only wanted to come in say a word or two then leave, very short on time and short on caring. For what I went to see him for, I did not get any help. He did not even do an examination, I have never been to a Urologist who did not do this exam, given my history. I don't know if I will be back to his office again, time will tell. But I don't think so.

My 94 yo mother was seen by Dr Roberts recently with complaints of burning, frequency, urgency, and pain on urination. Since her first visit, she had additional symptoms. No test of her urine was done to determine if bacteria were present. He did not examine her only looked at prior test results and even when told her symptoms were worse and more extensive did not change what seemed to be a preconceived opinion. Our questions were not addressed and we ushered out of the office by an assistant. Dr Roberts stated my mother did not need antibiotics as "antibiotics are not your friend". We subsequently took her to another urologist as we were very unhappy with how this elderly person was treated, and found that she had gross bacteria in her urine and did indeed need antibiotics.

I have frequent uti. Whenever I try to get hold of someone to ask about leaving a specimen at Murrells Inlet, no one helps me. The answering nurse just switches me to triage nurse. As usual, I do not get a call after 3 messages. I was very anxious to have testing begin today as I know the results take a while, and I am in discomfort or worse waiting for call or any relief. When I do see Dr. Roberts, he is quite thorough, but this service is horrible.

Initial referral appointment after accident. Staff was extremely efficient, courteous and friendly. Dr. Roberts was thorough and explained everything in detail. He was personable, professional and empathetic. I would highly recommend him.

Most unprofessional doctor I've ever met after being four hours late for my husbands surgery I asked where he'd been. He says we should cancel and he doesn't want to be our doctor anymore because we have bad attitudes.

Dr. Roberts needs to learn to meet his commitments. I've had more than one appointment in which he was a no show. I have no interest in paying his very high prices & being forced to see a Physician's Assistant. Of course they always give you the emergency excuse but when you add 1+1 and it = 7 , you just don't buy it. His staff has zero respect for a patients time.

I find Dr Roberts to be courteous and seems knowledge in his field. I have no trouble in recommending him.

This is one horrible doctor. He's arrogant and haughty. He lives in an ivory tower and has not THE LEAST BIT OF COMPASSION for his patients. My experience with him was most unfortunate, and I would like to warn others that this man is only interested in promoting HIMSELF! Thumbs down in every aspect of this man's practice!

I have prostate cancer. I've been seeing Dr. Roberts for three years. He is very knowledgeable, articulate and provides a carefully worded explanation about my personal situation. He is clearly up to date on all medical information about prostate cancer. He has carefully evaluated my situation, and we have worked as a team to find the best course of treatment which is currently "active management" rather than any kind of invasive surgery. Should circumstances change we will proceed to another level of treatment.
