I was referred to Dr Tuai for gall bladder removal. He was professional and courteous and by provided information to make an informed decision to have removal of the gall bladder done. Scheduling was pretty quick and the St John scheduler was easy to coordinate with. The hospital nurse provided guidance for preop. Check in at 11 was promp, surgery at 1, and after s bit of recovery room and a little to eat I was on my wsy around 3. I would recommend Dr Tuai and St Johns Oxnard.

When under stress, I remember only certain things. He showed care and ease on what's scariest moment of my life.

He is the best in town for robotics surgery. Very small incision and scar. I am very happy with him. Scar after surgery matters to me a lot.

I would like to thanks and commend Dr. Tuai. My mother belongs to an HMO. We've all heard horror stories about the control that HMOs have over our medical care. Mom has a tumor on her pancreas. Thanks to Dr. Tuai's professionalism, he referred my mother to the UCLA Med Center to be seen by a world-renowned team of pancreatic cancer specialists. It takes Dr.s working together to get HMOs to get patients into the most specialized care. Thank you for your professional care and action, Dr. Tuai.
