Would not help my father even though two doctors said he had a urine infection. He rolled his eyes and said they didn't know what they were talking about. My dad has had 4 catheter blockages in 1 month and this doctor said there was a pill that could help if blockages became a problem. I said he has had 4 in a month. The doctor looked at me and did nothing. He didn't prescribe or even tell us the name of the pill. Triage nurse has made my dad go through unnecessary suffering as she too doesn't take patient concern seriously and just brushes them away. The patient is told to go to the ER. We are talking about an elderly patient with dementia going to the ER surrounded by people with RSV and COVID. They would rather put him in danger than help him. You do not criticize the patient's other doctors. It took me 30 minutes to convince him to do a urine test and even then he told me he wouldn't be treating it even if it is full of bacteria.

Wonderful Provider. He was caring and concerned. However, the office staff to get a follow up appt, surgery scheduled, and post op questions was the worst with patient care that I have ever dealt with. Six messages left, and not ONE return call. This issue needs to be addressed with management. Waiting over a week to hear back about when surgery should be scheduled is unacceptable when you are in this kind of pain and discomfort, and no one even showed concern to my Father. This is not how patient care should go.
