I can't believe that she doesn't have a 6-12 month waiting list. She's just great person overall

Dr. Thompson is the nicest, kindest, most down-to-earth doctor I have ever seen. She always spends at least 30 minutes with me and really cares about my recovery. Also, extremely hard worker and very ambitious. In addition, her staff has always treated me well. I just cannot believe some of the hurtful comments about her personal character. As I mentioned, extremely meek and kind person.

How can you rate her when the number is a recording for Healthquest. I waited three minutes, as caller number three, and when I became caller number one, the voicemail said leave your name and number. If your service is so good, have a person answer your phone.

This dr really cares about people. Would always tell someone to see her.

Dr. Thompson is a lady who goes above and beyond for her patients. I see the way she takes an interest in how I am doing and my health. She really really cares. I would recommend her to anybody!

Dr. Thompson is energetic, passionate, and friendly. She is also knowledgeable. It is unusual to have someone of her caliber professionally (trained at an Ivy League institution) who also is friendly and real to her patients. She really seems to care. I have been working with her for about 2 years. She doesn't just dole out a lot of meds. She takes her time with you, which is why there may be a wait. This is the only thing negative I can say about her. The office, however, is poorly run and it is difficult to get in touch with her because of the phone system. Overall, she is worth it!

Seemed ok. But medicine that was prescribed was not covered by insurance. I have called everyday for 10 days and no one has called back yet! Not happy at all with the care of this doctor.
