Tooooooo long of a wait. But once seen she was accurate friendly n great

I never did get to see the Doctor as I walked out after 50 min. I walked in to see 6 kiosks for taking patients. I was not acknowledged nor did I see any place to sign in. I ask a patients in the waiting room where to sign in and she pointed towards a kiosk. I walked back and she ask if I had an appointment and what was my last name. She than told me to sit down and she would call me. Close to an hour later I had not been called or given the paper work to be filled out. The person who told me to sit down, was now sweeping the floor and all the cubicles were empty except for one who was busy chatting on a phone. At that point I walked out. I am 75 years old and no longer have the patience I once had. I would not have minded waiting had I been given the paper work to fill out but to be totally ignored for almost an hour is not acceptable!!

Dr Nelson James is the best. However the office staff is less than friendly.

If you can actually get in to see the doctor she is great, staff terrible.

Very professional, compassionate, and proficient as a physician.
