I have had many surgercial procedures through my years. Most of my surgeries, I'm sad to say we're orthopaedic which was out of the category ! for Dr.Carl Jackson. I would give him 10 stars of it were possible. This is the kindest, understanding Dr. I have ever had the pleasure of coming in contact with. Finding a lump in your breast can be alarming & scary especially with the possibility of malignancy. I was referred to Dr. Jackson from my PCP, Dr. Fredrick Harris who also is the best of the best. When I arrived to Dr. Jackson's office I was warmly by his staff. What a warm & kind feeling I received from the staff. Dr. Jackson came in & is like the Dr' s from the old days that use to come to your home. Meaning that his treatment to me was warm not cold, caring & kind & respectful. He really listened to me & my concerns. He didn't rush me or treat me just as a number like others do. He thoroughly explained by step by step as to what could be expected to happen after he had examined my breast & further tests. The outcome was that I needed a surgical biopsy which was performed @ Lake West Hosp.(which they were amazing in their bedside manner, care & kindness & knowledge as well as Dr. Jackson. I would never think I actually "enjoyed" having such an ordeal but with the "bedside… manner", treating the whole person with respect, care & even returns phone calls I would state that it was a memorable experience. I would most certainly recommend Dr. Jackson & also Lake West Hospital for making a scary ordeal as comfortable & caring as possible. ALMOST A DAY AT THE BEACH! THANK GOD FOR DR. JACKSON & LAKE WEST HOSP! I NOW HAVE A NEW EXPRESSION, IF YOU CHOSE DR. JACKSON YOU WILL BE IN SPECIAL HANDS! VS. IN GOOD HANDS WITH ALLSTATE! ; )
