NSH need to evaluate this Physician. His office which is his responsibility does not provide adequate patient care. I am an elderly patient and was told to wait past my appointment because I have to have lost of Viles to be drawn. Does not seem fair to be at the appointment on time, or early for appointment, just to have to wait and you are above 70. this has happened more than once. He rushes you once you are in the office and His staff RN manager or whatever she was, needs to take or retake courses on how to treat patients. start by listening and then speaking. I noticed on previous reviews of missed diagnosis and wrong diagnosis. decided to take time to post to help someone else avoid this treatment. If I could give no stars I would. it was too early in the morning to have negative non- compassionate attitude. Everyone in this office needs coaching, including the physician.

Seems like I was judged and stereotyped because of my psych medical history. Talk to me as if I was a child. I have a follow up visit but I'm going to find another doctor to do what I would have done there. And I got 18 tubes of blood taken. Wouldn't recommend women of color see this man. His energy is all type of messed up

I waited for over an hour both times I saw Dr Franco. The second time I found out the 17 vials of blood taken were over $2000.00. I was seeing him for two things. Hemolytic Anemia and Pernious Anemia. I had over 26 tests for things that he was not treating me for in the first place. This seems to be common practice as I read another review with the same issue. He explained nothing and wanted to do more blood tests. He seemed to want to use my appt to catch up with his time since he was so behind. I would not go back and would never recommend . The lab techs were nice and told me it was common for him to run several expensive blood tests for no reason. He did not want to answer questions or ask me other than if I ever had blood clot anything. He was not a good listener and seemed to rush the appt both times. I then sent message asking for clarification on the blood tests and did not receive any reply.

I have been there 3 times and 2 of them I have had to wait over 1 hour to be seen by the doctor. On second appointment the doctor said he would do some labs and I asked him if they were expensive because I had a large copay from my insurance and he said “no, they are cheap”. When I got the bill, I have to pay $2,000!! When called the office to claim about this, the rude receptionist told me “it’s your fault for trusting what the doctor tells you, they don’t know what they are talking about”. If I don’t trust the docur, who should I? When I questioned him about the cost, he got all rude with me and denied about telling me they were not expensive and got all defensive saying “what do you want me to do about it”? And he even wanted to do more labs which he said “were cheap” but I refused. So now I’m stuck with a $2K bill for some labs that I was lied about. I will never go back!

Asked all the right questions, seemed interested, but rushed. Excellent follow-up from staff, and scheduling of further tests. Waiting for results and recommendations.

I did not spent time with the doctor only like 8 minutes after I waited for over 1 hr, but the guy is good and his staff is the best. Specially the guy and the nurse who help him

Very poor bedside manner. No follow-up at all - did not hear for 11 weeks that my blood work indicated a problem. If I hadn't made an appointment myself, I'd never find out. Later, an aggressive treatment was recommended. I insisted on a re-test and it came back negative. I could have already been doing daily shots unnecessarily and possibly causing harm to my pregnancy.

This guy told me I had cancer when I didn't!! Worse than that his office never called me to tell me all my blood work had returned to normal. I found out myself by paging through my records at another Dr. office
