Dr. Carol Roberts Cantrell, MD

Dr Cantrell is an excellent doctor. She is always caring and helpful.

Dr. Can tell is a wonderful doctor. She is kind and very caring. She answers all my questions. The women who answers the phone is rude and down right mean. I dread calling the office. I found another doctor who has a great staff.

Dr. Cantrell and her staff are always there to help you out.

Extremely rude on the phone. OMG Whomever answered their phone was a complete and utter B I had to give one star because I couldn't leave it blank

I have been seeing Dr. Cantrell since when she had her office in Greenbriar. I love her because she is the only consistancy I have in my life. But in the past few months the office staff have been very short tempered. I don't know if it's personal or not, but it really makes me very upset. I have filed 2 complaints but nohing has changed. I still go because Cr. Cantrell is the most understanding, compassionate person and she listens to every word I say. I know this for certain because we've brought a subject up from a past visit and knew what I was talking about her. It's worth going thru those mean ladies to see Dr. C, but I don't know how long I can take.

Dr. Cantrell has been my primary for years. Wonderful disposition. You will wait though. She has a full schedule generally and she spends as much time with the patient as is needed.
