Dr. Carol Jean Adams, MD

Dr. Adams always takes the time to hear all of your concerns, and to make sure that you are always comfortable. Do to some pregnancy difficulties I had to have a C-Section with my first child. When it came time to have our second baby, I thought that I would have to have a C-Section again, however she took the time to explain all options of delivery and that each pregnancy is different. She listened to all my concerns and we made a decision on delivery as a team. I trust her, and would recommend her to anyone!

Dr. Adams has been my doctor for over 20 years now. She took such good care of me when I was concerned about not being able to conceive and during both times I did conceive. It was important to me that she deliver my children. Although she tried, she didn't deliver the first one, due to no fault of hers. She knew how important it was for me to have her deliver my second and last child and she made it possible! She has always made my situations seem important by taking the time to ensure I understood everything and I always have the option to call her office to ask additional questions and I get answers either from her personally or one of the wonderful women on her staff. If you need an ob/gyn, you will not go wrong with Carol Adams by any means!

Dr Adams is the Doctor I chose when moving to Chattanooga, Her office is conveniently located on Gunbarrel Road and her staff is very friendly- they even bought me a soda one day when i wasn't feeling well.Dr Adams is a very good doctor compared to the other OB/GYN that I used. She made sure I understood everything that was going on with my condition and was quick and painless when doing a colpo procedure- last doctor who gave me one I had one i blacked out :(.All in all I would reccomend this Doctor to someone who was looking for a very informed professional who cares for her patients. One thing I would note is that she doesn't seem like the "pettish" or "fake caring" doctors that you come across. She is very to the point and answers all the questions you may have.

I have used Dr. Adams for both of my pregnancy and love her! She makes me feel comfortable and is very nice. She listens to my concerns and gives great advice. She called me personally on the phone when I was not feeling well, and then even made a point to call me back later to check on me. She understands me and treats me as a person and not a patient! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
