I call to set up an appointment sen Simon new resident of Palm Desert I was told they're not taken new. I told the receptionist that I had APP O with Blue Cross Blue Shield and she said they're not accepting them. I then said I would be on medicare in May and she said so just call back. I won't be calling back because of how rudely I was treated by just simply trying to get him to see a doctor

I’ve been seeing Dr. Renke for over 10 years and she has always taken great care of both mine and my husbands medical needs. Whatever my issues are, she’s always been able to take care of me. It’s because of her that I was able to get the care needed when I contracted bacterial pneumonia, which needed surgeries and a hospital stay. She also referred me to my now rheumatologist who has been able to finally get my rheumatoid arthritis under control. She’s an amazing doctor and am so pleased that ims able to be treated by her and her staff......

Not only warm and caring but a real problem solver, no matter what the ailment

I like Dr. Renke and her PA staff but the front desk is rude and unhelpful with any referrals, paperwork, prescription refills. The entire office now does not accept any insurance purchased on the affordable care exchange even if you are not receiving subsidies...which I think is deplorable. So you now have to pay full price for visits even if you have great insurance ( i have blue cross PPO) .....so I will be looking for a new doctor. I also feel like you have your annual visits and then only get 1-2 month prescriptions for ongoing things so they are forcing you to come back in for another " appointment" and more money instead of just calling in refills. Money is the #1 priority.

Staff very incompetent. Always have to remind them if I have referrals etc. Always the same excuse that they sent the referral in, but never did. They treat her patients like they are fools .Same thing every time. She needs to clean house and get a professional staff working the front office.

In my prior review of Dr Renke was not of the doctor herself but a disagreement of office policy. I have continued my relationship with Dr Renke and find her most professional, easy to talk with, listens to your problems and most importantly she treats your medical problems.

Needed to discuss a prescription and receptionist said she will not come to the phone or return calls to her patients. Never heard of such a thing. I am looking for a new internist.

Dr. Renke is a superb woman and a lovely doctor. She prescribed me correctly and I was no longer ill quickly. Thanks Dr. Renke!
