Dr. Carolyn Marounian Kassabian, MD

Dr. Kassabian totally impressed me . The staff was very kind and attentive. As an older patient, I had a list of concerns, she patiently went over each skin problem, pointing out ones that were only age related but still treated, and gently. Pointed out the one problem she was concerned about. Treated that but insisted I come back to ensure the problem area was resolved. Coming from previous hmo nightmares this Dr was a godsend. I highly recommend her.

I suffered from cystic acne and Dr. Kassabian made the decision to put me on Accutane and it changed my life. Yes, she tends to run a little behind with patients, but she takes her time with each patient to ensure they get all their questions answered without feeling rushed. Her and her staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.

I had a 12:15 appointment with Dr. Kassabian, who is only in the office 2 days a week, and only in the morning! After sitting in the waiting room for 45 minutes I asked the receptionist how much longer it would be and was informed that she had two more patients to see before me and was doing a procedure on a third patient. I was told that it would be at least another 45 minutes! At that point I told them that I wasn't willing to wait that long while I was on my lunch hour from work, and decided that I will never go back there again. Don't let Dr. Kassabian waste your time! Her office staff should have called me before my appointment to let me know that she was running behind and given me the option of rescheduling my appointment. Instead I wasted my whole lunch hour sitting in her waiting room.
