Carrie Melloh, MD

Our family loved Dr Carrie, however her front office is so disrespectful and snooty. There are conversations that should be held confidential and the receptionist seeks answers or you can not have an appointment, even asking to speak to nurse. This is so heartbreaking since we have been a part of her practice since day 1. The staff is not a reflection on her as she is extremely professional. Maybe as they have grown, the office manager has lost track of the true meaning of customer service. Kindness and understanding goes a long way.

I would have to say that I have had some really shady doctors in the past but Dr. Melloh is the best Dr I have ever had!! I have had many problems since I had my son and she took the time (1hr and a half) and listened to everything I had to say and she never once belittled me in any way!! I felt comfortable speaking to her and she understood me! As for everything I'm hearing about the staff I didn't get any rude vibes from them. I have no plans of ever seeming another dr!! :)

Dr. Melloh is an amazing doctor who takes time to listen & answer all questions. I never felt rushed in the time she spent with me. On the other hand the front office staff is absolutely terrible!! They are considerably rude & act like I am an inconvenience to their lives. Every visit ever made to Dr. Melloh both statements - the positive experience with Dr. Melloh & the horrendous experience with the staff have always been consistent....at least the front desk staff have that going for them. I gave an overall rating of 2 simply because of the staff....if I was only rating Dr. Melloh I would hands down give a 5 but the front desk is your first & last impression & both leave me thinking I need to find a different doctor's office.

Dr. Mellow was one of the better doctors I have seen in a long time. She took the time (45 minutes!!) to sit with me and listen to all of my concerns. She took time to speak to me about different option for the problems that I was having and told me the ones she would choose if it were her. I felt very safe and cared for in her care. I will continue to see her in the future, after going to the same doctor for over 10 years!

would not recommend to anyone, staff was snooty and didnt have the time of day for myself or my children. The front office staff in particular were more interested in chatting and gossiping with other office staff than answering q's. They also rudley "slam"the glass door in your face mid question, and clearly do not keep it shut for privacy purposes but for ease of gossip. Thanks for making an already uneasy trip with my daughter who was scared to miserable. I will be telling other patients I know from this practice of my experience.
